To get Jio duplicate sim card, you need to follow the below mentioned steps.
- First call the toll-free JioCare helpline 199 from your Reliance Jio number.
- Or you can call another number Airtel, Vodafone Idea or BSNL on 1800 88 99999.
- Just tell them the problem and ask them to stop the misuse of your SIM.
- You can also email them at care@jio.com and ask them to block the SIM card.
- Once your SIM is blocked, you can visit your nearest Jio store and get a replacement for your new Jio SIM.

- First of all visit the official website of Reliance Jio https://www.jio.com/selfcare/lost-login/.
- Enter your Jio lost or damaged number
- Now select the Suspend option to block your lost SIM card
- Visit your nearest Jio store to change your Jio SIM number. It can also be ordered online. After which the Jio provider will come to your home and activate the SIM card.
- A fee of Rs. 25/- per SIM card will be charged.
- Once you get duplicate jio SIM, you can use Jio services immediately
